Instructions

Tear strips of fabric 2 1/4 inches wide.  Cut one piece of fabric long enough to fit around the bottom of the sweater and cut two pieces of fabric long enough to fit around the bottom of each sleeve.  Cut three pieces of ribbon to match the length of each of the fabric piece.  Iron adhesive tape to the back of the ribbons.  Iron a piece of ribbon to the center of each fabric piece.

Iron adhesive tape to the bottom edge of the sweater and to the edge of each sleeve.

Carefully align the fabric over the adhesive tape and press into place.  Continue ironing small sections of the fabric to the sweater.  Repeat this step for each sleeve.

Tear several pieces of fabric into random shapes and sizes.  Iron adhesive tape to the back of each piece of fabric.

Arrange the fabric shapes on the sweater and iron them into place.

Add jewelry, beads, charms, and buttons to the sweater.  Glue them in place and let them dry over night.  Add ribbon bows to the sleeves.
